Remove the lift and tilt lock block (Item 1) [Figure 20-40-61] from the control valve. (See Lift And Tilt Lock Block Removal And Installation on Page 20-40-12.)
Remove the bushing (Item 1) and O-ring (Item 2) [Figure 20-40-62] from the tilt spool linkage end.
Remove the end cap mounting screws (Item 1) and remove the end cap (Item 2) [Figure 20-40-63] from the tilt spool centering spring.
Assembly: Tighten the mounting screws to 90-100 in.-lb. (10,2-11,3 Nโขm) torque.
Remove the spool and centering spring assembly from the control valve [Figure 20-40-64].
