The lift arm bypass control valve is located on the right side of the machine close to the engine speed control.
The lift arm bypass control valve is manually operated by pulling up on the valve knob (Item 1) [Figure 20-50-1] and turning the knob clockwise a 1/4 turn. The valve releases the hydraulic fluid from the base end of the lift cylinder(s) which allows the lift arm to slowly come down to the transport position.
