Lift and block the rear of the loader. (See Procedure on Page 10-10-1.)
Raise the lift arms and install an approved lift arm support device. (See Installing on Page 10-20-1.)
Stop the engine. Raise the seat bar.
Raise the operator cab. (See Raising on Page 10-30-2.)
Loosen the harness connectors mounting bolts (Item 1) [Figure 60-70-1] from the Bobcat controller.
Remove the connectors.
Installation: Tighten bolts to 30 – 35 in.-lb. (3,39 – 3,96 Nโขm) torque.
NOTE: The connectors are keyed and will only plug in one way.
Remove the three mounting bolts (Item 2) [Figure 60-70-2] securing the controller to the frame.
Installation: Tighten the bolts to 12 – 14 ft.-lb. (16,3 – 19 Nโขm) torque.
Remove the system controller.
Reverse the above procedure to install the system controller.
