DO NOT DISASSEMBLE OR REPAIR THE COIL SPRING ASSEMBLY (Item 2) [Figure 30-21-35].
Remove the cylinder (Item 1) from the coil spring assembly (Item 2) [Figure 30-21-35].
Remove the O-ring (Item 1) [Figure 30-21-36] from the cylinder.
Installation: Apply oil to the O-ring before installation.
Remove the spacer (Item 2) [Figure 30-21-36].
Remove the shaft (Item 1) from the tube (Item 2) [Figure 30-21-37].
Remove the wiper seal (Item 1), wear ring (Item 2) and back-up ring (Item 3) and O-ring (Item 4) [Figure 30-21-38].
