Loosen the bolt (Item 1) and nut. Remove the top roller (Item 2) [Figure 30-21-39].
Loosen the bolts (Item 1) [Figure 30-21-40] on the track roller on both sides of the track frame.
Installation: Tighten the bolts to 544 – 604 Nโขm (401 – 445 ft-lb) torque.
Remove the bottom roller (Item 1) [Figure 30-21-41].
NOTE: The top and bottom rollers are not serviceable.
Replace the roller if it is damaged.
