BobCat E35 – HYDRAULIC PUMP – Removal And Installation

Remove Counterweight. (See Removal And Installation on Page 40-90-1.)

Drain the hydraulic reservoir. (See Removing And Replacing Hydraulic Fluid on Page 10-130-5.)

Mark and remove the hose (Item 1) [Figure 20-50-25].

Mark and remove the three hoses (Item 1) [Figure 20-50-26].

Remove the two bolts (Item 1) and inlet (Item 2) [Figure 20-50-27].

Remove the two bolts (Item 1) [Figure 20-50-28].

Installation: Tighten the bolts to 75 – 85 Nโ€ขm (55 – 60 ft-lb) torque.

Pump Installation: Whenever the hydraulic system has been drained and refilled, the hydraulic pump must be purged of air. (See Hydraulic Pump Start Up on Page 20-50-13.)

Remove the bolt (Item 1) [Figure 20-50-29] from the coupler.

Slide the coupler off of the pump shaft.

Installation: Tighten the bolt (Item 1) [Figure 20-50-29] to 49 – 60 Nโ€ขm (36 – 44 ft-lb) torque.
