Raise the operator cab. (See Raising The Operator Cab on Page 10-30-1.)
Locate the seat belt bolts under seat pan insulation (Items 1 & 2) [Figure 50-30-3] and peel back or cut insulation to gain access to the head.
Remove the two nuts (Items 1 & 2) [Figure 50-30-4].
Installation: Tighten nut (Item 1) to 54 ft.-lbs. (73 Nm) torque. Tighten nut (Item 2) [Figure 50-30-4] to 34 ft.-lbs.
(46 Nm) torque.
Repeat for other half of seat belt and guide.
