Following tool is necessary to perform this procedure:
MEL1558
Open the rear door of the loader.
Raise the rear grill [Figure 30-60-1].
Disconnect the inlet and outlet hoses (Items 1 & 2) from the oil cooler (Item 3) [Figure 30-60-1].
Install tool MEL1558 (Item 1) to outside of rubber sleeve (Item 1) [Figure 30-60-2].
Slide the rubber sleeve in toward the radiator. The connector will release [Figure 30-60-3] & [Figure 30-60-4].
NOTE: When installing the cooler hoses, the fittings should make a clicking sound when pushed together.
Lift up the oil cooler and remove the cooler from the loader.
Reverse the removal procedure to install the oil cooler.
