Raise the operator cab. (See Raising Page 10-30-1.)
Clean the area around the control valve. Remove the pilot hose (Item 1) from the main relief valve. Remove the main relief valve (Item 2) [Figure 20-30-4].
Installation: Tighten the main relief valve to 35-40 ft.-lb.
(47-54 Nโขm) torque.
Remove the O-rings (Item 1) and back-up washer (Item 2) [Figure 20-30-5]. Install new O-rings and back-up washer.
