BOBCAT S130 – CONTROL PEDALS (ACS) – Foot Sensor Removal And Installation

Raise the lift arms and install an approved lift arm support device. (See Installing on Page 10-20-1.)

Raise the operator cab.(See Raising on Page 10-30-2.)

Pull the pin (Item 1) [Figure 50-91-1] holding the foot pedal linkage to the sensor.

Disconnect the two connectors (Item 2) [Figure 50-91-1] from the sensor and lock solenoid.

Tilt the foot pedal up and remove the two nuts (Item 1) [Figure 50-91-2].

Remove the foot pedal and sensor assembly from the loader.

Remove the two bolts (Item 1) [Figure 50-91-3] from the foot sensor shield.

Installation: Tighten the bolts to 80 – 90 in.-lb. (9,0 – 10,2 Nโ€ขm) torque.

Remove foot lock solenoid (Item 1) [Figure 50-91-4].

Installation: Apply a drop of oil to the solenoid threads and tighten the solenoid to 35 – 40 ft.-lb. (47 – 54 Nโ€ขm) lubed torque.

Remove the two bolts (Item 2) [Figure 50-91-4] from the bracket and sensor assembly.

Installation: Tighten the bolts to 25 – 28 ft.-lb. (34 – 38 Nโ€ขm) torque.

Remove the sensor assembly.
