Raise the operator cab. (See Raising on Page 10-30-2.)
Disconnect the wire harness connector (Item 1) [Figure 20-110-1] from the bucket position shutoff solenoid.
Remove the solenoid nut (Item 2) [Figure 20-110-1].
Installation: Tighten the solenoid nut to maximum 6 ft.-lb. (8 Nโขm) torque.
Remove the solenoid stem (Item 1) [Figure 20-110-2] from the bucket position valve.
Installation: Put oil on O-rings and back-up washers and tighten the solenoid stem to 30 – 40 ft.-lb. (40,7 – 50,2 Nโขm) torque.
Inspect the solenoid stem and replace the O-rings (Item 1) and the back-up washer (Item 2) [Figure 20-110-3].
