Stop the engine and open the tailgate.
Disconnect the fuel shut off solenoid wire harness (Item 1) [Figure 60-70-1].
Use an ohmmeter to check the fuel shut off solenoid.
The reading between terminals A – B and A – C should be approximately 23.7 ohm. The reading between terminals B – C should be approximately 0.3 ohm [Figure 60-70-2].
