Remove the air cleaner. (See Removal And Installation on Page 60-40-1.)
Disconnect the negative (-) cable from the battery.
Remove the nut and wire harness (Item 1) [Figure 60-80-2].
Remove the nuts (Item 1) [Figure 60-80-3] from the two remaining glow plugs.
Remove the connecting strap (Item 2) [Figure 60-80-3] from the glow plugs.
Remove the three glow plugs (Item 1) [Figure 60-80-4].
Installation: Tighten the glow plugs to 15 – 20 Nโขm (11 – 15 ft-lb) torque.
